You need to get 99+ percentile to get a call from top IIMs and 95+ percentile from other reputated IIMs. And still there is not 100% confirmation about this. But you should set your target as 99+ percentile to keep your chances high of getting a call from IIM.

There is no age limit for CAT. You need to have completed your graduation or be in the final year of your college,. Since you already have completed your graduation and have a degree, so you are eligible. There is no minimum

A candidate having a Bachelor's degree  is definitely eligible for appearing in CAT examination.

With your CAT percentile you may not get a call from IIMs considering the fact that you belong to general category. IIMs require above 90 percentile for general category in order to get a call. Moreover almost all the IIMs have already released their shortlist and so.e have started their

Abhishek, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be even shortlisted for any IIM, including baby IIMs, you need an overall percentils of above 95. And IIMs also look into your academic profile for shortlisting you. Unfortunately, truth be told, your 12th and 10th marks might land you in trouble,
