We cannot tell exactly what the rank would be in ST category since it depends on various factors such as number of candidates who gave the exam in general category and ST category. But based on previous years ranks, the rank would be between 9000 to 15000 in ST category.

Generally, CAT preparation takes 120 to 150 days minimum. Maximum it can get 3 years also, depending upon the way you are taking it.
