Yes, of course. As CAT is a national level entrance exam so it do provides reservation to different categories as prescribed by the Indian Government. For ST category there are 7.5% seats reserved for CAT 2020. But note that you will be only treated of SC if the

like i have seen up sc cut off for interview is 60 in all section and 55 in all academic if perosn is sc cateory and have scored 60 in all cat paper and 55 in scholl can he get a call from iim shillong

First off, UPSC has got nothing towith CAT. Both of them are different and so you cannot compare UPSC and CAT cut off. These are the expected cut offs for IIM Shillong:

It is bit complicated process as for the initial calling IIM Lucknow gives 60% weightage to CAT score and 20% to Graduation and Class XII. , no class X weightage. Remaining 20% are distributed between Work Experience and Academics Diversity.

As per the details mentioned by you, you have high chance of getting into good business schools of India if you manage to score well in MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CET etc. Also apart from getting good percentile you also need to perform well in  GD/WAT
