Dear Aspirant,As you said your rank is 16328. Joint admission counselling committee, delhi reserves the seats for who will meet the reservation criteria.

5% of seats will be reserved for the candidates who belong to defense sub-category in priority.

Hello,

Work Ex is given 30% weight-age in Admission Process at top IIMs.

But the selection process for IIMs and other top Schools includes multiple parameters though CAT score and Personal interview normally have the highest weightage. The IIMs have revealed their formula for selection (can change year to year).
