B-category seats can be availed, but it doesn't provide with fee reimbursement , and competition depends on the college you want to opt , sometimes it's heavy competition and sometimes it's no , as many times people go through state and central and b-category is left aside

After you have successfully completed the Bachelors degree, you can opt for higher studies like MSc or MBA as higher studies has more scope than just being an undergraduate. You can also go for research, or complete PhD in either of the subjects (Physics or computer science).

What's your aggregate% in 3 year of graduation?

As per eligibility criteria your overall percentage in all the years of graduation is considered for CAT eligibility and not that of first or second or third year individually.

As you might have an idea that this year cut off gone rise 30-40 marks above then previous year so according to your marks there are no chance that you will get government seat through AIQ COUNSELING. Now talking about your state quota seats in your category there

Hi

in neet  2019, 423 marks for sc category was the lowest mark to get a seat in  Government Medical College,   under  Maharashtra State quota and it was for Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon

So, I'm extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 339 marks you can not
