Hello aspirant,

The cat exam is based on three sections.

1) Quantitative aptitude

2) Data interpretation and logical reasoning

3) Verbal ability

Total 100 questions are asked from all three sections. There is time limit of 1 hr for each section and you can't swipe between the sections.

Hi I have secured 82.08% in CAT 2020 with 91.14% in VARC, 86.08% in DILR and 45.59% in QA will I be able to get a call from FMS or any IIMs or top institutes. I have 8.7 in 10th 884 in 12th 7.07 in UG with 30 months of IT industry work experience I belong to SC category.

Hey!

The minimum qualifying percentage for OBC category in BAMS/BHMS is 40%. The expected cutoff for the year 2020 in OBC Category ranges from 450+ to 330+ (approximately).

I scored 10 CGPA in 10th, 85.2% in 12th(Mon-Medical), 55% in graduation(BTech) appearing. I got 92.65 percentile in CAT 2020. I am OBC-NC. Can I get a call from FMS?

Hi Dear,

FMS Delhi releases composite score and cut off for giving calls for GDPI/ WAT round. The composite score is computed by giving ceratin weightage to different sections of CAT as mentioned below:

  • VRC :   40%
  • DI/LR  :  30%
  • QA  :  30%

Don't worry! It would not be a problem. Just have your other proofs such as ID card, your photocopies and all other related documents.
