Can non Maharashtrian give exam of ATMA and MH-CET??? WHEN THE HELD DATE??

v neeraja 23rd Dec, 2018

Hi Priyanshi,

The basic eligibility criteria for giving ATMA of MHCET is that the student must be a graduate or must be in the final year of graduated from any reputed and registered university. By this criteria, there is no constraint on any Non-Mahrashtrian student to attempt the exam.

Hence, you caan write the exam. However, after the percentiles are out, the accepting colleges may give bonus points to locals over you. So, you need to strive hard to be amongst the top 1 percentile.

All the best

What should be the approximate question attempts in ATMA Exam for 90+ %ile. ?

shazia shaikh 21st Dec, 2018

Hello,

It is very difficult to judge the percentile as it differs relatively every year as per the overall performance you need to score more than 99.00 + percentage of the population appearing for the test along with you, in order to score 99.00 + percentile in the exam.let’s assume you score 90 out of 180. You have scored 50 percent.

If 99.99 percent of the total candidates score less than 50, you have achieved the 99.99 percentile.

however over the years it has been noticed that o

out of 180,  your scores should be around 160+ as ATMA for getting 90 + percentile

hope this helsp you !

all the best !

what is the procedure for mba admission through ATMA OR MAT exam.. ? is there any cap-round process like MAH-CET ?

Vikas Gaur 6th Dec, 2018

Hi,

There is no CAP process for admissions when it comes to MAT or ATMA. MAT score is accepted by around 600 B-schools in the country. All the B-schools have different MAT cutoff. If you qualify the cutoff of that particular institute, you will be called for the admission process which may or may not include GD and Personal Interview rounds.

Yes, you will have to apply separately to the college where you wish to take admission and if you qualify the cutoff, the process moves ahead for admissions.

Good luck.

Sudeshna Dutta 8th Sep, 2021

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

FOR ATMA

The ATMA 2021 selection process will begin shortly after the results are announced. Careers360's ATMA 2021 selection method will assist students in understanding the process and prerequisites for admission into ATMA 2021 member schools.

The ATMA 2021 selection process will consist of the following rounds:

  • Discussion in Groups
  • Written Ability Examination
  • In-person Interview

Discussion in Groups:

Candidates are separated into small groups and assigned a subject. Politics, social concerns, and economic challenges may all be used as subjects for group discussions.

Written Ability Examination

A written ability exam is used to evaluate candidates on the following criteria Capability to write, Grammatical abilities, language abilities, Vocabulary, Clarity of ideas

In-person Interview

The interview might be performed in groups or individually, depending on the institute. Candidates will be evaluated on the following characteristics during the personal interview: Previous academic performance, Communication abilities, Personality

After all of the rounds have been completed, applicants will be shortlisted based on their overall composite score. The ultimate selection criteria will differ from one institute to the next.

FOR MAT

Over 800 MBA/PGDM colleges in India are registered with AIMA as MAT participating institutes, which means that MAT scores are accepted for admission. The MAT application form includes a list of MAT participating institutes from which candidates can choose five. Once the MAT test results are released, these universities will issue invitations to WAT/GD/PI or admission.

MBA admission through MAT consists of three steps:

  1. Registration for the MAT test and preferred selection of five MAT participating colleges
  2. Taking the MAT test (February, May, September or December)
  3. Participating in the GD/PI/WAT round of the institutes designated as preferred in the application form
