Delhi University BMS admission 2025 is done based on candidates’ performance in the CUET UG. The DU BMS seat allotment is carried out in the process of CSAS 2025 (Common Seat Allocation System). Shortlisted candidates need to make online payment of fees by the last date, i.e. July 23, 2025. Candidates through their login can check the vacant seats that will be released on July 24, 5 PM. The window to reorder higher preferences will be open from July 24 (5 PM) to 25 (4.59 PM). The DU BMS seat allotment results through CSAS for round-2 will be released on July 28, 2025. Candidates need to confirm their seat acceptance in between the dates - July 28 to 30, 2025.

The Bachelor of Management Studies is an undergraduate program that is designed to impart the knowledge and skills required for the students to acquire management positions in different organisations. Through this course the students learn about the management strategies that are required to function in the corporate world. The course also deals with the students into specific areas of interest such as marketing, Human Resource Management, international business management, finance, etc.
The students who want to study the BMS course in DU must know about the eligibility criteria. The BMS course DU eligibility criteria includes the following factors.
The students need to have qualified 12th exam or equivalent from a recognised board.
The students must appear the CUET UG exam 2025 and qualify it in order to fulfill the BMS course DU eligibility criteria.
Candidates must appear in CUET with the subject combination which is : Any one Language from List A + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics+General Aptitude Test. The merit is based on the scores obtained in CUET exam from these combination of subjects.
The students are required to appear in the CUET UG examination. The students must opt for the following subjects in CUET UG exam in order to fulfil the DU BMS admission criteria.
In the language option from List A, the students can choose any language that they are comfortable in. There are in total 33 languages to choose from.
In the program specific section, the students must choose mathematics / applied mathematics to fulfil the DU BMS admission criteria.
The students also need to appear in section 3 of CUET which is the general aptitude test conducted to test the logic reasoning and general knowledge of the students.
Aspirants who fulfill the DU BMS eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for the course. DU BMS is an undergraduate course which the students can register for through CUET UG. The students must know that the seat allocation and admission of the candidate will be done only if applied through the common seat allocation system (CSAS-UG 2025). Simply appearing and qualifying the CUET UG exam is not enough for admissions into UoD. The students can find the detailed admission process below.

The students must know that the registration for all the undergraduate programs for the University of Delhi will be only through CSAS. The students must fulfill the eligibility requirement as stated in the official website. The students can register through the official website which is ugadmission.uod.ac.in. In the application fee of CSAS the students need to fill the details carefully as once fully submitted editing is not allowed.
To begin with, candidates need to visit the official website and fill in the personal details such as parent's name, gender, category. In the academic section they need to enter the marks of all the subjects in which they have passed class 12th. In case the marksheet shows both 11th and 12th results the students are supposed to fill up only the 12th details. Candidates also need to fill up the sports section and the extra curricular activity section.
The candidates must upload the relevant documents which include marksheets, photographs, and certificates of SC/ST/OBC NCL/ EWS etc.
Once documents are uploaded, the candidates need to preview the entire application form before submitting it as editing is not allowed after submission. The students will also have to pay a non refundable common seat allocation system fee as given below.

The common seat allocation system will be considered complete only after the application fee is received. The candidates are advised to keep their login credentials and password strictly confidential. The login credentials one generated cannot be changed or edited under any circumstance.
As the CUET UG results have been declared by NTA the preference filling phase will be started. The students must give the preference of the program college combination which they are willing to take. The candidates can do so by the following steps.
The candidates who have completed Phase 1 are required to map the subjects that they took in the class 12th and the subjects they appeared in CUET. The students must see to it that 50% of the syllabus of CET UG and their class 12th must match.
There are 79 UG programs and 183 BA programme combinations in 69 colleges across the University of Delhi.
The candidates can choose multiple program + college combinations according to his or her preference.
The available preference tab with all the possible college Plus program combinations will be presented in front of the students on which they can provide an advanced filter as per their preference. The students are allowed to choose as many programs as he or she wishes to.
The candidates must ensure ‘save’ the preference on regular intervals and check the preference selection before confirming the safe choices.
The students can reorder the preferences before the deadline. Editing the program + college combination after the deadline will not be allowed. The saved choices will be locked automatically upon reaching the deadline.
Before the commencement of allocation round the university will declare the simulated ranks based on the preferences submitted by the candidates. This will be displayed on the dashboard of the candidate and these ranks are completely tentative. After the declaration of the simulated ranks the candidates can update, revise, add, delete, reorder any preference.
The allocated seat refers to the combination of program and college. The highest possible preference will be professionally allocated to the students on the basis of:
Program specific merit
Category of the student
Availability of seats
Any other allocation rules.
The merit list will contain the unreserved category of all candidates in order of merit. Which means the merit list of the unreserved category will also include SC, ST, OBC NCL, EWS, and minority candidates.
After the declaration of BMS allocation results the candidate need to login to their CSAS dashboard for the acceptance of the allocated seat if offered. The candidates must accept the allocated seat before the last date of the given allocation round. After the candidate has accepted the professionally allocated seats the college will verify the eligibility and documents provided by the candidate online within stipulated time.In case the seat is approved the candidates will have to pay the admission fees. In case of any discrepancies found, the college can reject the allocated seat of the candidate. The students can regularly check the dashboard and respond to the queries raised by the colleges in case of discrepancies.
In case of the availability of the seats due to rejections, cancellations or withdrawals multiple allocation rounds will be announced by the University of Delhi. The students who have taken admission can select the upgrade option in these rounds which will allow them to get a higher preference as per the list submitted. Choosing the upgrade option will mean that these students will never be offered the college program combination that they have taken admission into again. The upgrade option will not be available to the students who have taken admission into their first preference. The students who get an upgrade will need to accept the upgraded seat and complete the admission process. Students who have taken the admissions and wish to stick to it must click the freeze button.
After the completion of the allocation rounds if the seats remain vacant the University of Delhi will call for spot admission rounds. The candidates who have applied for the seat allocations but are not given any college can participate in this round. The students can choose the spot admission option through their dashboard.
In case two or more candidates have the same merit score for the program as well as college then these are the rules that will be applied in order to select a candidate.
The candidate with a higher percentage in the aggregate marks of the best three subjects of 12th will be given preference.
The candidate with a higher percentage of aggregate in the best four subjects in 12th will be given preference.
The candidate with the higher percentage in the best five subjects in class 12th will be given preference.
If still there is a tie that exists, then the age of the candidate would be considered and the candidate having an earlier date of birth as mentioned in the 10th certificate will be considered for admissions.
