You didn't mention your category so I'm assuming that you are from open category. Since you had scored a three digit rank you can surely expect a mca seat in Osmania university as the previous year cutoff was observed at a rank 1036 for general category girls.

As for your query, if you are going for MBA then under your category chances of expecting OU (under 70) and JNTUH (under 200) look weak while you can definitely comfortably expect CBIT (under 700) in your counselling.

yes for 6499th rank in TS ICET under OC category you can get seat in Osmania University(Tarnaka, Hyderabad) which is an A grade college which is popular for MBA.
