The documents required during TS ICET counselling are

• TSICET-2020 Rank Card.
• TSICET-2020 Hall Ticket.
• Aadhar Card.
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
• Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate
• Degree Memorandum of marks.
• Degree Provisional Pass Certificate.
• Study or Bonafide Certificate from IX class to Degree.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C).
• Income

As per the rules of ICET, candidates with backlogs are eligible to write the exam but to participate in counsleling they must clear their backlogs. this is applicable for both APICET and TSICET . so you cannot participate in counselling until you have result of your previous backlogs.

You can apply for the future processes because you can submit your certificate later in the allotment college if not you should be provide the required documents at the time of the verification.
