HI Aspirant ,
According to your rank in ICET , these are the following colleges you might get into :
Best of luck .
Greetings, Subhash. I'll try to answer in a bit more detail:
First of all congratulations on the rank, with this rank you can get all the best colleges so I assume your concern is regarding the fields of choice and job prospects available,
As for the best colleges for MBA accepting TSICET:
as far as branches are concerned, these are the most popular MBA branches:
- MBA in Finance
- MBA in Marketing
- MBA in Information Technology (IT)
- MBA in Operations Management
- MBA in Human Resources
Popular job opportunities after MBA in India with average salaries (in per annum):
- Operations Manager - Rs. 7,97,786
- Senior Business Analyst Rs. 9,44,493
- Human Resources Manager Rs. 7,38,960
- Project Manager (IT) Rs. 12,38,000
- Finance Manager Rs. 11,42,000
- Management Consultant Rs. 13,50,000
Some pointers:
- The best paying jobs for MBAs are the ones that involve self employment (example - management consultant) where you set your own rates and work hours but such positions are based on repute, skill and expertise for which it is always advisable to get a few years of job experience.
- If you get into any of the above mentioned colleges for MBA then I am sure you will get a really decent package to begin your career with but those things are also based on some factors like - your academic performance in college, your internship experiences and your personality. If you apply for IT manager's post or any job in the IT field it would require a considerable amount of knowledge regarding the IT field also.
- How to choose a branch? personally, I'd say never go for the branches based on how much package will you receive. Sure, some branches like finance offer better paying jobs initially but if you choose a branch that resonates with your interests in life then I am sure in the long run you will achieve much more. So research on the popular branches that I have mentioned and decide accordingly.
- Since you have score so well then I don't think it is required to say but do maintain an impeccable academic record while doing MBA as it will smooth things later during placements.
- find and do great internships and do not depend upon your college for the same
- Learn some skills like public speaking, improve your English to an extraordinary degree in the next 2 years and make a strong network.
If you so all this then I can't see why you would not get a high paying career and a great reputation in life, best of luck to you.
