In respect of seat reservation of  Non-Local candidates in tsicet counselling,   to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted. 1. resident certificate or 2. employment certificate.

Yes, you can submit INCOME CERTIFICATE in next counselling round of TSICET 2020. kindly make sure it is issued on or after 01-01-2020 by the authority. Well, income certiificate is not mandatory , but if you have then you must submit it. For more infor , visit here:
