This is based on previous year cut off. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

You need to submit the qualifying exam transfer. Qualifying exam is bachelor's degree so it means that you need to provide the transfer certificate of your graduation during document verification of TS ICET and you need to submit the same in the college allotted to you. *Aadhaar Card.
*Degree marks memos and pass certificate.
*Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate.
*S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
*TS ICET 2020 Hall Ticket.
*IX to Degree Study Certificates.
*Transfer Certificate (T.C).
*Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2020 by competent authority, if applicable.
*Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
*Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) / National Cadet Corps (NCC)/ Sports and Games / Minority Certificate, if applicable.
*Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in the case of no local candidates.
* Residence certificate of candidates for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
* For special candidates they need to carry the separate documents for TSICET counceling . Like for the NCC, Sports, Minority, CAP, PH, Anglo-Indian carry the required certificates for Counselling.

Yes, absolutely. You can use 2015 residence certificate for TS ICET 2020 counselling. Also in the notice released by the conducting board, it is mentioned that candidates can provide residence certificate for a period of seven years preceding to the qualifying examination, if where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
