You can apply for TS ICET when you are in the final year of the Bachelor's Degree or Passed in Bachelor's Degree from a recognized board. You can apply for TS ICET 2022 as you are in the final year of the qualifying examination. The registration process for TS ICET 2022 starts next year after the notification is released. You need to carry the Transfer Certificate of the qualifying examination along with other requisite documents to the help line center for document verification. Qualifying examination is bachelor's Degree so you need to carry the transfer certificate of B.Sc Degree. You need to get a duplicate transfer certificate from the institute in which you have passed Bachelor's Degree and carry it on the day of document verification.

What is TSICET 2020?
TSICET 2020 or Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test is a gateway exam for admission to MBA and MCA courses offered by Universities and its affiliated colleges of the State of Telangana. Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TSICET exam every year. The state-level exam witnesses participation of around 50,000 candidates annually. TSCHE conducted TSICET 2020 on a window of two days, on September 30 and October 1. The preliminary answer keys and response sheets have been released on October 7 and candidates could challenge it till October 10, 5 pm. The TSICET result has been declared on November 2. Although generally, the TSICET exam is conducted in the month of May, this year the Telangana High Court had directed the state government to postpone all state-level common entrance exams including TSICET in view of Covid-19 pandemic.
TSICET 2020 Eligibility
In order to apply for the TSICET 2020 exam, candidates need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
Firstly, the applicant of the TSICET 2020 exam should be a citizen of India. He/she should also qualify all the guidelines of local/ non-local status as provided in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order,1974.
If the candidate is a Foreign national and has fulfilled all the general and special eligibility criteria mentioned by the concerned Universities, they are eligible to apply
Secondly, the applicant of TSICET 2020 exam has cleared graduation with 50 per cent marks in aggregate (general category) or 45 per cent marks in aggregate (SC/ST category)
If the applicant has obtained a bachelor's degree through distance mode programme, it must be approved by the joint committee of UGC/AICTE and DEC/DEB

EWS certificate is the prominent and useful certificate for general category students you can submit it by the time of allotment hence you should apply as early possible . If you got your certificate at the time of allotment you can attend the certificate verification

Yes you can submit it while paying the fee . Not required at the time of application . Please verify it at the certificate verification portal
At the time of certificate verification you should provide the hall ticket number or the pass percentage and other details will be given by the portal when you enter the aadhar card number
But at the time of allotment the college will ask the long memo you should provide it.

Candidates who got at least 25% marks in the exam and have qualified for the AP ICET exam are eligible to participate in the AP ICET counselling 2021. So no you are not eligible for AP ICET counselling through TS ICET score. You need to give AP ICET to be eligible for AP ICET counselling. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has started the AP ICET 2021 counselling from December 4 in online mode on the official ICET website, sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates belonging to the General category need to pay Rs 1,200 and Reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 600.
