As per last year, teh cut off for Madras university was 44.

So,I think  there are chances that you can get through it.

Simultaneously, I would suggest you to apply in other universities too

Not necessarily to upload final semester marksheet, you can leave it blank, since many students appearing final year are eligible forbTANCET and hence allowed to leave that marksheet blank. 

However you need to submit details of final semester marksheet once its furnished.
