you have absolutely no chance of getting any government college by this exam score even under bc category, you should try for some private colleges.

no sorry you can not go for biomedical engineering through bi.p.c after completing inter as maths subject is compulsary for that. so you can not apply for biomedical engennering. all the best have a great future ahead.
