Unfortunately you cannot convert Anna University as cutoff closing marks well above 55 even in ST Category  

You should rather go for lower end colkeges like Bannari amman institute of technology, GMK Gumidpundi,, KSR Erode College which jav ebetter chance of conversion. 

You may get Anna university ceg campus and other good government colleges.
