I would reccomend you to add all subjects that are mentioned in your marksheet to avoid any rejection in further rounds.

You should fill the form as soon as possible. It should be filled before 26th. You should select the colleges which you feel you can get into based on your preperation. Its better to select now as later on you might not gte chance to add it further.

65 is a very good score and you can fetch like 97-98 percentile which is good enough to get a call from SCMHRD.

As per the trends, the cut-off for SIOM ranges around 80-85 percentile. As the marks to percentile relationship changes every year depending on various factors, it is difficult to predict.
