With 96 percentile in SNAP, how to perform in GEPIWAT for converting it .?

Siddhant 29th Jan, 2019

Hi Manish,

Thanks for connecting with Careers360.

Congratulations on getting that score in SNAP. But, you have to keep this in mind that the real knockout is GEPIWAT. You can't take everything for granted. A good GEPIWAT is mandatorily required to reserve your seat. I would suggest you to not let everything rely on the SNAP score you have got. Prepare well,

All the best,
Cheers.

sibm hyderabad has placed a new weightage category called institute specific...what exactly is it??

Surya Guru 25th Jan, 2019

Hello Shubhradeep,
According to instiute specific weightage category poilcy of SIBM Hyderabad it has alloted 10 marks for it and with equal weightage of 10 to it. Related information to it is not mentioned by the college itself on it's website. But as you know SNAP accepting colleges conduct their final selection procedure differently. So, it is a part of it. Also, they have just shown how merit list is drawn. You can visit the link  https://www.sibmhyd.edu.in/selectionprocedure.

As per my knowledge final selection is done on the performance of the candiate in SNAP, WAT, GD & PI. And, moreover how you represent yourself during the GD & PI is more important and impactful. Apart from this you have already qualified the minimum criteria required. So, just be yourself.

All the best !!

Till what wait list is cleared for SIOM NASIK?

Neha Mohanty 2nd Mar, 2019

Hello Rahul,

Your chances of conversion are totally dependent on the number of withdrawals in the particular academic year. So you cannot judge that based on what has happened in previous academic years. You might want to contact someone from the college to have a better idea regarding what is going on.

Else, have a little patience and wait for the second list which would be out soon. Thanks.

Wait list 12 in Simc pune what chances

v neeraja 28th Feb, 2019

Hi Janaki,

SIMC Pune is 5th or below in the list of Symbiosis Colleges. There will definitely be many students who will get calls from better colleges and hence there is high chance that these students will leave SIMC Pune for better options. Therefore every year the waitlist definitely gets cleared. Even top colleges like IIM Ahmedabad release waitlist and the movement of ranks happens by atleast 5-10 seats.

So at SIMC, a waitlist of 12 will easily get cleared.

Hope this helps.
