i heard some b schools dont accept may mat score they accept only dec mat or feb mat score is it true ..? if it is then pls tell me about good b schools which will accept may mat 2020 score.

The reason behind not accepting the may MAT score is that most of the colleges accept enteries from both MAT and CMAT so chances are that all the good colleges do not have vacant seat left. That is why it is suggested to appear either for December session
