Yes you can easily crack IPMAT with 3 months of preparation.As you have mentioned that you belong to non maths background,it will affect your performance a little bit,I am giving you some tips through which you can crack IPMAT 2020-

• Time Management- It is most important factor in every exam,without proper time management you cannot crack IPMAT,so you should have to focus on time that at how much time you are completing one set of paper or mock.
• Join Coaching Classes- You should have to join any good coaching classes for the exam,they will start crash course classes for 1 month where you can get good guidance also they provide many things that will help you in clearing exam.Also they will prepare for the interview.
• Practice Mathematics- You are not from Maths background,that can be a negative point in your exam.But you can resolve this problem easily,you just need to go through important topics that will come in exam,you can check previous year paper for what type of question will come in exam and try to solve as much questions as you can in these 3 months.
• Solve As Much Mocks As You Can-Practice is everything,without it nothing is possible,you have to solve as much mocks as you can,coaching classes will take Mock Test when you join it.
• Read English Novels and Vocabulary everyday- English is very necessary that will help you in cracking IPMAT,you have to read novels or english newspaper everyday and also try to learn as much vocabulary as you can in a day.

So start your preparation from now or it will be late.

IwiI w suggest you to join any of the good coaching institute near your home so that you can save your precious time. By joining coaching you will get competition and you can see how other are making progress and you can be motivated from them. Teachers are essential part of your preparation and being remain touch by a constant teacher it Will be easier for you to learn any of the topic. On online different teacher teach with their own strategy which confuses the students. If you face difficulty in any of your subject then platform like YouTube is already there. But after all it's you who have to do self study for making your concept more clear and practise more and more for perfection.

IIM Indore conducts an entrance exam called IPMAT for shortlisting students for the integrated MBA. The entrance test comprises of two parts Quantitative Ability and Verbal ability with many subtopics in it which you can find in the several good books.

CAT is tougher than IPM. The ratio of students selected in IPM is 1:100 whereas in CAT it is more than 1:170 I think and the level of exam and interview is also tougher in CAT as compared to IPM.

If you are ready to face difficulty level and want a better rewarding career than you should wait for you graduation to be done and then take CAT.

If you think you will not be able to compete with the tough competition in CAT , then IPMAT is a easier yet a good option for you.

Shriya, IPMAT is an entrance exam for admission to 5 year Integrated Management course in IIM Indore. SAT is for Students who want to study in the US or in Canada. Both the exams have a different reach and scope. If you want to study 5 year Integrated course in IIM Indore after your 12th or equivalent, you need to appear for IPMAT. Aryan, there is EWS reservation for admission to IIM Indore for its 5 year Integrated Management Course. If you look at its brochure in Page no# 4 at the link, file:///C:/Users/dell/Downloads/IPM-Domestic_Applicants.pdf (file:///C%3A/Users/dell/Downloads/IPM-Domestic_Applicants.pdf) , it says that the available reservations are NC-OBC,SC,ST and EWS. Now we are not aware of the reason why the certificate format has been taken off, but EWS reservations is available at IIM.
