If you are a general category student you stand no chance of getting admission in Delhi University with this percentile as your percentile is very low. Atleast 95 percentile is required for general category student for admission in Delhi University. You should try taking admission in some course that takes admission on merit basis as your 12th score is quite decent.

You have good chances of getting into Shaheed Sukhdev college business studies considering that you are looking for BMS course. They have a total of 185 seats out of which 93 are for general. And not everyone who appears for the exam takes admission and since you have a pretty good score you can have a chance.
