My marks in class 12 best four is 61 percent and percentile in du jat is 87.1064768 .I belong to OBC.can I get admission in bms,bba or bbe?

Anjali Tanwar 20th Jul, 2019
Hello Sajid,
If we see last year's result of DU JAT then you have a chance of getting admission in BAMS ( Bachelor of management studies) in colleges like
  • College of vocational studies
  • Maharaja agrasen college
  • Dr. Bhimrao Rai Ambedkar college
You can get admission in these colleges in obc category.
But again as we know that cutoffs vary every year and hence seat cannot be assured.
I hope this helps.
All the best for the future!!

Hello Aspirant,

The selection procedure of DU JAT is into two parts- Qualifying examination (Class XII Board) and DU JAT result. It also depends on the college preference you choose.

Since it is late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment.

Good Luck!

In DU JAT,WHAT IS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SC CATEGORY?? MINIMUM 55% AGGREGATE IN 4 SUBJECTS OR 55% IN EACH OF THE FOUR SUBJECTS???

Sourav Sarkar Student Expert 20th Jul, 2019

Hi dear,

Hope you are doing well!

Now let's go through your question.

As per the eligibility criteria of DU JAT, the minimum percentage requirement for the reserved category, namely SC, ST, CW, and PwD category candidates was 55 percent in each of the four papers considered for computing the aggregate.(i.e not in aggregate rather you have to secure that muchmmatks in individual papers).

Thank You & All the best!

I have got 94.45 percentile in du jat and have 66 % percent in class 12 belonging to EWS category .Is there any chances to get admission??

Muskan Shukla 20th Jul, 2019

Hi Candidate! For the seat in Delhi University one should have to secure marks 90 percentage in DUJAT as well as in respective 12th exam. So your 12th marks are low that's why you may have to face difficulty for that. Try for counselling process may be your luck works and will get any college in Delhi University.

Thanks.

Without updated SC certificate will I get admission or not in Du jat

Muskan Shukla 20th Jul, 2019

Hi Candidate! The reservation criteria changes every year for the castes. That's why universities and colleges under state/central control require your updated caste certificate. Similarly, Delhi University also requires you to submit SC caste certificate duly updated by the concerned authorities.

Hope it helps you.

Thanks.
