The colleges are alloted for BMS and BBE in the basis of the rank of the candidate in DU JAT exam. So, as you have given only your percentile, so it would be very difficult to tell if you will get a college with this or not. Considering your rank in DUJAT 2019, yes you may expect a constituent college of Delhi University for the undergraduate course of BBE. These are the following colleges where you may expect admissions:

• Aryabhatta College
• Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College
• Maharaja Agrasen College

Yes, DU has brought out another PDF declaring JAT results. This is because some of the results had some error and thus, a revised set of results was brought out as informed by DU officials. This could be another reason for the delay in the final list publication. Be patient, admission will happen soon!
