Yes, if you score 70-75 marks in MHT CET, you will be eligible for Sinhgad College of Engineering in CSE branch. The cut off for Sinhgad College of Engineering is around 60.

There are no specific marks mentioned for class 12 in order to appear for DU JAT exam. You only need to qualify class 12 board exams. However, you should have at least 60 percent marks in aggregate in graduation write the MBA entrance exam i.e. DU JAT 2018.
