No dear ,you can't take admission if you haven't taken maths in HSC as according to the eligibility criteria for DU JAT maths and English are compulsory to get admission.

The Eligibility criteria of DUJAT is to get atleast 60 percent or above with compulsory subjects Maths and English and the other two subject of your stream approved under DU University in your 12th Standards.
So its compulsory to have maths in 12th standard to appear for DUJAT.
