A person who doesn't have mathematics in class 12th isn't eligible for DU JAT as they have completely mentioned the eligibility criteria on their official website :Candidates belonging to the General Category should have an aggregate of minimum 60% in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two

your chances of getting a college in Delhi University are less if you are a general category student. As the cut offs for general category are expected to be high. But bbe is comparatively less popular course so you might get in few like dr. Bhim rao Ambedkar but

DU JAT final result is calculated after taking into account both the class 12th results and Entrance merit. In the overall score,65% of the entrance test and 35%of qualifying examination are taken into consideration. Candidates who scores the maximum in the aggregate of the two elements,is ranked highest.

As per your score in DU JAT and board exams,  your chances of getting a good college is not that good, for a good college,  you need to score more than 90 percentile in  DU JAT.

First allotment list was scheduled to be declared by yesterday, 21st July and by today, the online admission process and fee payment is to be started, but it hasn't happened yet.

Congratulations for scoring such good marks. You can definitely get a seat in bms in sscbs. As per the previous year trend you have a pretty good chances of getting admission into the college. Although the admission and cut off changes every year depending on various factors.
