Yes, you can take the DU JAT even if you are a humanities student without math as your main subject. Academic Qualification for DU JAT:
Candidates should have qualified/cleared the Class XII examinations conducted by a recognized Board/University in India or in any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Candidates who have given their Senior Secondary Examinations and are waiting for their results are also eligible to apply.
Candidates should have scored at least 60 percent marks in aggregate in four subjects that include Mathematics, English, and any other two subjects from the list of elective subjects i.e., approved by the University of Delhi Check the list of elective subjects below:

There is no age limit for DU JAT exam so as long as you have passed your 10+2 level with aggregate of 60% or more marks then you will be eligible to give DU JAT 2021. There is no information regarding when the application from will be released or when the DU JAT 2021 will be conducted. Here is the marking scheme for DU JAT 2021
Four marks will be awarded for each correct response
One mark will get deducted for each wrong answer
If more than one answer is marked, then in such case candidate will get -1
For unattempted question, no marks will be awarded or deducted
Du gives weightage of 65% and 35% to DU JAT Score and class 12 examination marks. Based upon that and taking into consideration the previous year cutoffs, you seem to have less chances for general category, since the cutoffs for general category are higher with respect to the other categories.
