I can understand what you must be going through but looking through the data of both colleges,  weschool is much more better than xlss college ranchi. Weschool is more expensive while xlss is comparatively less expensive but the placement and internship programs at Weschool are much more better. So I would suggest weschool.  But if you still want to stay near your place, go for xlss ,its not bad either

Marketing and finance is not a core program for XISS RANCHI so your chances are there but exactly no one can say that there is also a reservation for Christians in XISS RANCHI, One thing that I will tell that work hard in preparation of GD and PI because it's marks is also important for selection perspective, People use to say me that no general candidates below 95 percentile in CMAT is selected in XISS RANCHI HR program but I have seen two girls having 85 and 87 percentile in CMAT got selected in XISS RANCHI HR program by getting good in their GD-PI process so my mantra for you is to only work hard and hard for GD-PI preperation.

Hard to say that but KJSIMR and GLIM is not possible at this percentile but you have a great chance for Welingkar. By your CMAT score you can also apply to following colleges -:

3) CHRIST BANGALORE

4) NIA PUNE

5) BIMM PUNE

6) IPE HYDERABAD

7) SDMIMD MYSORE

I will suggest you to work hard for CET exams so that you will become eligible for colleges like KJSIMR and SIMSREE by getting good marks in it.
