This year, as many as 65000 candidates appeared for CMAT. So, the score to percentile may be higher than in the past. 370-375 marks out of 400 might get 100 percentile. Your raw sectional and overall score obtained in CMAT are considered for calculating your CMAT percentile. Before calculating this percentile, CMAT score is equated and normalised for the difficulty level for the both shifts of CMAT exam. Then this raw CMAT score is converted to scaled score and then the scaled CMAT score is converted to percentile score. Considering this, if your marks are 232, your percentile might be around 70-80

Admission in most of the colleges in MCA in Surat city or Gujarat is mostly on the basis of CMAT score so it is required for them to appear in CMAT . But there are some colleges which have their own entrance examinations or the admission is merit basis score of BCA such as GLS university, LDRP institute of technology, etc.

Yes, you can go in exam hall with a black and white admit card. since, It is nowhere mentioned that you have to take a coloured or black & white print out of the CMAT Admit Card. If you are taking black and white print make sure your details and images are clearly visible on the admit card in order to avoid problems during verification at the exam center. Although, it's always advised to carry coloured admit card, this will make your verification easy.

Dhirajj, the CMAT exam is conducted only in English and you cannot opt for any other language except English. The medium of the question paper cannot be changed.

Please note that the exam is scheduled to be held on 28 January 2020. It is an online exam of 3 hours comprising of multiple choice questions. The result will be released on 7 February 2020 after the answer key is released in the first week of February.

The level of difficulty (LOD) of JMI entrance is less than CAT but sometimes at par with CMAT & sometimes less than CMAT as well. It depends upon the year to year paper as they change their LOD.

There are total 60 seats in jamia. Jmi is an offline mode 3 hrs mcq test with 170 mcqs of 170 marks. +1 for correct & -0.25 for incorrect answers. There are 5 sections : english, Quants, data analysis & data sufficiency, reasoning & general intelligence, current affairs & business environment.

The selection is based on:

1) entrance exam of jamia

2) GDPI conducted for selected candidates.

In 2019, 206 students were called for interview for 60 seats of mba full time. The conversion ratio is 0.29. Difficulty is not that much but, you can easily clear the exam cut off if you prepare well.

No on screen calculator available in CMAT exam, use of calculator is prohibited in CMAT. Rough sheets are available for doing the calculation.

You should practice the problems without calculator which will help you in doing calculation mentally.

Don't carry anything which is prohibited like smart watches etc.

If you have obtained 70 marks in the CMAT examination and not 70 percentile score, then, too be honest, your chances of getting any decent college is extremely small, leave aside the government colleges. However, if you wanted to enquire about 70 percentile and have mistakingly written 70 marks in your question, then kindly mention it in a comment and I would surely try to help you out in that case. Now, since your marks are not so good, therefore, it is advised to appear for other management exams as many B-schools accept other exam scores as well for admission because at 70 marks, you have chances at a few colleges only based on previous years trends.
