As per your CMAT scores your percentile may range between 88 to 94. Following are a few colleges with their academic fee for 2 years you must apply for according to your performance

Prin LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research Mumbai and Bangalore campuses (11 lakhs)
ITM Navi Mumbai (10.5 lakhs)
IMT Nagpur (14 lakhs) and Hyderabad(12 lakhs) campuses
SIES Mumbai (7.9 lakhs)
XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
IFMR Chennai (12.5 lakhs)
Christ University Bangalore (7.5 lakhs)
NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)
XISS Ranchi (8 lakhs)

These are afre reputed colleges with decent placements and the average compensation package in these colleges generally lie between 6-7 lakhs. But if you're looking for a certain branch of management you'll have to be selective. For example if you are planning to go for marketing or finance then XIME, Welingkar and IMT would be your best options and if you're looking for a career in Human resources Management then XISS and IFMR would be better options. The registration for these colleges are still going on and the portal would close after the declaration of CMAT results.

With your CMAT scores your expected percentile should lie between 80-85 and that's a very good score so you can definitely expect a call from government colleges like

IISWBM Kolkata (fees = 3.6 lakhs)
IIEST Shibpur (fees = 4.15 lakhs)
NIT Rourkela (fees = 4.4 lakhs)
Department of Management Sciences, Savitribhai Phule Pune University ( fees = 1.2 lakhs)

Those these colleges have less fee but they are not so reputed for pursuing a management program. The average compensation package offered in these colleges lie between 3-4 lakhs and that too not many students get placed.

Since you have a good score you should also check out these colleges as they are better in terms of both academics and placements

SIES Mumbai (fees = 7.9 lakhs)
IMT Nagpur(14 lakhs)and Hyderabad(12 lakhs) campuses

With 195 marks in cmat, you will be getting somewhere around 88 or 88+ percentile. You can apply for some good colleges with this percentile like Welingker mumbai and banglore. Their cmat cutoff is about 85 percentile till last year.
