see mca stands for master in computer application, where cmat stands for common management aptitude test, cmat score is needed to admission in mba or pgdm or other management related course, however mca admission is based on entrance score by the respective college or based on graduation marks criteria,

It would be better to go with MAT as you have good percentile as compared to CMAT. do check the cutoff and the process of selection. if both your score is coming in cutoff range then you can use any one.
