There is a 15-35% reservation in colleges in Maharashtra for All India Examinations like CAT/XAT etc. With your CAT percentile it will be difficult to get into the older IIMs (at least 99.5) but may make it to the newer ones, however you will certainly qualify for other top B Schools (at least 92%) in India. Hence with this percentage you definitely will qualify for Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and SPPU – Department of Management Sciences (PUMPA). see usms admission in mba courses is provided by cat score or ipu cet mba entrance exam, however college accept low cat score, admission is based on certain criteria, 70 percentage weightage is given to cat score and academic record, and 30 percentage weightage is given to personal interview rounds. however if your score is above 60 percentile in cat , you have decent chances. admission is also based on ipu cet score, if your ipucet rank is under 200, you have decent chances.

Going by previous years' analysis, the minimum percentile or the cutoff percentile in CMAT for Pune University Department of Management Sciences, was 96.42 percentile or Minimum 262 marks. Now we don't know what will be the cutoff this year. It can go low or high as depends on various factors. As you got 241 marks in CMAT, you can understand, you have very slight chances.

Your chances are medium to get into SIES for PGDM program. You can convert the college however, SIES is a reputed institute and their is high competition to get into the colleges. There are students who apply at 95+% in cmat in SIES, so the chances are fifty- fifty. Its very difficult to predict anything beforehand. But you should not loose hope and wait for the results.
