I hope you are doing good. I would  like to know you that your question is somewhat irrelavant or invalid . Percentile is the thing which calculates your rank through taking percent of the total appearing candidates. Like 98 percentile means you are in  top 2  percent

Percentile P =. 100x Number of candidates appeared in the examination with raw marks equal to or less than the candidate/Total number of candidates appeared.

I think the score which you have secured in cmat 2021 is a bit low for getting good colleges , you need to have a much higher score for getting colleges with a higher cut off.
