Yes, as per the eligibilty criteria, Graduates with 50% marks in any discipline can apply for CMAT or CET.  The candidates can seek admission in Maharashtra B-schools on the basis of CAT 2017 and CMAT  entrance exams also which is judged on the merit basis.

CMAT is a computer-based online test of three hours duration.there are four sections such as Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.

There is no negative marking for dropping out any question unanswered but there will be a negative marking of -1 for each incorrect answer.

CMAT is for the admission to Management program & GPAT is for the M.Pharma program.

Both are the different program, You can choose the subject you are interested.

According to 2018 cut off scores,the estimated CMAT cut off for the Welinker Institute of Management is 85 percentile and for SIMSREE,Mumbai is 99+percentile i.e 270-290 score.For the exact cut off scores,you will have to wait for the cut off declaraction for these respective colleges.
