There is no specific cutoff percentile for any of the B Schools as admission criteria change every year.

However based on past years cutoff you can expect calls from FORE Delhi, BIMTECH Delhi, LBSIM Delhi, TAPMI MANIPAL , GIM Goa, IFMR, NIRMA UNIVERSITY and similar institutions.

There is no official term like gap year in CAT or other management exams. You can appear for the examination and score a good percentile. Nothing negative for that.

As a general category engineering students if you have a good profile then you might have a chance of getting calls from ultra new IIMs like IIM sambalpur, IIM Nagpur etc.

But still there is no surity for getting a call because generally cut off goes
