Is this 50 seats at each centre is reserved for general cat.? Sc/st/obc candidates ranking first is not allowed on this seats ?

Can you please share which particular entrance and college you are asking for?

 

Also, general category is not a reserved category as these seats are open to all so if a OBC/SC/ST candidate gets more score or get higher rank than unreserved category student then he/she will get seat

When can a student appear for CAT, after +2 or after graduation? What type of paper comes? How much is the difficulty?

You can appear for CAT after graduation. The CAT is a highly competitive exam that is given by approximately 1.96 lakh candidates.
The CAT is composed of two sections, the Quantitative Aptitude/Data Interpretation and the Verbal Ability/Logical Reasoning. The examination is online.

Hello, 

  Generally, to get admission in reputed institutes you have to quallify any of these exams. Some cases Universities/Institutes will conduct their own entrance test to for the admission, like Lovely Professional University(LPUNEST) and SRM University(SRMJEEM). This test will give you eligibility to join in that particular Institute/University.

You are eligible as long as the university is approved by AICTE. However you need to justify this decision in the interview if you are asked.
