The average fees of a b-school is in the range of 12-18 lakhs. There are a few exceptions though like the IITs, FMS, DSE etc. Hope this helps.

i have completed my BA with 45% only am i elegible for CAT exam??

Unfortunately you are not eligible for CAT if you are from general category as one needs a minimum of 50 % in graduation. However you can apply for other exams like XAT and TISS.
