Given your rank, you should get a chance at IIT Kharagpur. But do not take it for granted. Do keep your other options open and ready, in case you dont get IIT Kgp.
A score in the region of 70 + would suffice for getting a call for the next rounds which includes GD and PI. Start preparing for CAT and give your best shot.
