With the rank of 75 in TS LAWCET 2018 it is not possible for you to get an admission in Osmania law college compared to previous year cutoff rank which was 23 for a general category one.
Unfortunately IIMs are not yet that advanced to provide you this option. But luckily for you there is a college named IIFT that provides one with this option.

Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.
