I would like to tell you that your score in NEET 2018 isn't that good, and based on the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges at state level

Honstly, chances in government college is a bit far fetched based on your marks. But do take part in the counselling. You might get good private colleges. All the best!

Initially for the first 5–6 months you should:

1. Start reading voraciously: Op-eds of dailies like Hindu, Economic times, Articles from websites, Non-fiction novels
2. Solve puzzles and improve lateral thinking:
1. Can start off with “Puzzles to Puzzle you” by Shakuntala Devi
2. Sudoku, crosswords
3. Buy a book on vedic mathematics and start

From last year onwards FMS is giving 10 % weightage to past academics. Your past academics are decent enough. Based on your category, you need to score above 85 percentile for getting a call to the next round. Try scoring as high as possible as the weightage to CAT score

To be honset to you, your chances for BIT Sindri are very ver low. You should probably try in some other colleges where you have decent chances.

Unfortunately there is no management quota in the college you desire to get admission in. You have to secure the desired cutoff by the college if you wish to be considered for further rounds.
