You can give the exam multiple times . But a disadvantage is that this is conducted only once a year unlike NMAT.

Digital marketing is one of the good subject that every students who aspire to take mba should learn. Some colleges have digital marketing as a subject but if you can learn it before hand it would help while doing mba as well as it helps you in interview process

One cannot predict with this as the score in CAT depends on various factors such as difficulty level of the exam , the number of students appearing , etc .
Just analyse your mocks and dop yopur best to cover up your weak areas .

Sorry to say but the eligibilty criteria for CAT needs atleast 50 % marks in graduation . So , you are not eligible unless you are from a reserved category which is given some flexibilty .
