Yes, there are other management entrance exams too for admission to MBA. Entrance exams like-
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test)- It is a national level management aptitude test. It is a Qualifying test for admission to XLRI and 150+ B-Schools. XAT 2019 will be conducted in the first week
There are chances as you have a reasonable rank and even in addition to it you have the reservation for which you will have scope to get admission for MBBS.

You can't apply for CAT Exam now. You can apply for CAT in your last year of Graduation.
You must fulfil any one of the following conditions in order to be eligible for the exam:
Bachelor’s Degree with requisite percentage of marks Or
Professional Degree with requisite percentage
