I got 71.4% in 10th class and 69.4% in 12th class . So , according to this score after scoring 99 percentile in CAT , which IIMs calls can i expect ?

D Jyotsana 11th Jun, 2022

Hello,

You can get an interview from IIM with 99 percentiles in CAT but following are some criteria which need to be fulfilled before converting IIM.

You must have 50% or more in your graduation

Not just with 99 percentiles in CAT, but after the CAT score shortlisting, Aspirants need to go through one more stage that is WAT/GDPI and then the calculation of composite score (these are calculated on basis of various parameters like CAT score, graduation score, 10 th and 12 th grade marks, WAT GDPI marks, Academic diversity (candidates from non-engineering background are given extra points), gender diversity, and work experience). The weights allotted to each of the above-mentioned parameters varies for each IIM and the composite score is also calculated by each IIM individually and then the final selection is made.

Hope It helps

All the best

Regards

i got 5988 air in meet mds .. can i get gov seat or a cat seat?

Piyush 7th Jun, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Looking at the previous year NETE PG Cutoff, you have good chances to get a seat in MDS in various Government medical colleges.

But please note that it will be very difficult to predict precisely the colleges as the NEET PG Cutoff varies for every year and it is not same every year.

THE NEET PG Cutoff marks and percentile score for various category students is mentioned below :

GENERAL >------------------- 50th Percentile >---------------- 275 Marks

SC/ST/OBC >------------------ 40th Percentile >---------------- 245 Marks

GENERAL -PH ------------------ 45th Percentile >---------------- 260 Marks

SC/ST/OBC - PH ------------------------ 40th Percentile >---------------- 245 Marks

The NEET PG Cutoff varies for every year and is different for different category student. The NEET PG Cutoff depends on various factors like :

Number of candidates appearing for the test

The difficulty level of the exam

Seat availability

Further, to know more about the NEET PG Cutoff you can follow the below mentioned link to know more about it in detail : https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-pg-cut-off

Further, you can also know your admission chances in various colleges with the help of NEET PG College predictor tool by following the below mentioned link below : https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_pg_cp

I hope that this will help.

does iim have management quota that is direct admission without cat ?

mhsteja 6th Jun, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing absolutely great.

So with regard to your query, NO not at all. IIMs does not have any kind of management quota seats nor it grants direct admissions to the students. You can only get seat in IIMs through CAT exam only. CAT exam is generally conducted every year, after qualifying through the exam, and scoring marks, then only basing upon the cutoffs you will be able to get seat in any of the IIMs across India.

Checkout the following link for any information regarding the CAT exam: https://bschool.careers360.com/exams/cat

what should be my target percentile in CAT : I am a girl (general) computer science and engineering (dual degree) from NIT B.tech : 8.53 cgpa M.tech : 9.00 cgpa class 12 : 95.8% class 10 : 10 cgpa no work experience

Sayan 14th Jul, 2022

Hello Vrinda,

First of congratulations to your scores in college and school.

Now coming to your query.

To receive calls from any new IIMs, try to achieve a minimum percentile score of 95+ on each and every section of the CAT exam. To receive calls from IIM-A, B, C, and FMS, it is recommended to achieve a score of 98+ percentile or above in each component.

Please keep in mind that the CAT Scores are simply one of the factors considered during the selection process, and even if you score highly, there is no guarantee that you will get calls from former IIMs.

I advise you to go for the highest CAT exam score possible. Even with a very high score, you are not certain to be chosen.

Good Luck !!

afyer iim mba what type of Carrier we get

Sajal Trivedi 3rd Jun, 2022

Hello aspirant,

As you can see, the employment options vary greatly depending on the field you choose.

Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations are the most common core fields in MBA programmes.

After completing your two-year PGDM degree at an IIM, you will have a limitless number of opportunities to apply for upcoming organisations in whichever industry you choose.

They usually offer you management trainee roles in organisations at first, and after a brief training period, you are promoted to management positions. People frequently move horizontally between domains, such as marketing professionals moving into HR roles after a period of work experience, and so on.

There are also other options for you to be an entrepreneur and start your own business.

Formore information you can visit our site by clicking on link given below.

hello sir i an shruthi i got neet pg rank of 63000 is there sny chances that i get familymedicine in mopip round ? or in b cat

Sree Student Expert 30th Jun, 2022

Hi dear,

As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It it difficult to predict in which Colleges you can get Family Medicine. Also it is difficult to get Family Medicine in good Colleges for your rank based on previous year's cut-offs. But cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

>>>Difficulty level of NEET PG exam

>>>Number of seats available

>>>Number of students appeared in NEET PG exam

>>>Category of the student

To check the possibility of getting Family Medicine, you can use College Predictor Tool which is given below. The College Predictor Tool is designed by experts based on previous year's cut-off trends and their experience.

You can go through below mentioned article related to NEET PG cut-offs.

To predict Colleges based on your NEET PG score using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.
