It is possible to get a seat in MBBS with that much marks. The cutoff is expected to stay around 500-520. If by chance you are seeing any inflation in the cutoff then make sure to look for colleges in Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Yavatmal, Nanded, Akola, Dhule, Nagpur areas.

For All India Quota seats, I think you will not get government  ollege for MBBS or BDS. This time the cut off is high . As you have not mentioned your state, you can also apply for your state seats counselling.

Yes as per the eligibility criteria if you are general catergory than you should have 50% or more in your gradution 

and for other than general category student they must have 45% or above
