see apicet stands for  ANDHRA PRADESH INTEGRATED COMMON ENTRANCE TEST FOR admission to MBA And MCA course, which Conducts BY SRI VENKATESWARA UNIVERSITY ON BEHALF OF APSCHE. however in the Instruction booklet there is no mention about ews category , till now the counselling dates has not published yet.
