Yes, CMAT exam has negative marking. The exam has four sections - Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, and General Awareness. Each section has 25 questions. For each correct answer, you will get 4 marks and for each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.

For CMAT, MAT and XAT you need to fill forms for colleges individually and all colleges will have its own admission process, some directly admit based on entrance exam scores and some also conducting GD, Pi, WAT.

Henece you need to seperately fill forms and no centralised counselling as such.

Just make sure you score 93-95+ in CMAT EXam as there are very few chances to get through CMAT As they primarily focuses on taking through CAT Exam.
