I would like to tell you that most of the NIT's  offer MBA but they admit students through CAT only.

I would suggest you to research a bit more and choose which course you are comfortable with if you won't get to apply for CMAT.

If you want to calculate your percentile, the formula is

Percentile (P) = N - Rank of the candidate/N * 100

Where N is the total number of candidates appeared in CMAT Exam.

According to 2018, PUMBA cutoff for CMAT is 210 marks or  96 percentile for Maharashtra students and  99.0 percentile for out of Maharashtra students.PUMBA has a special reservation for candidates from Maharashtra state and Home University graduates besides SC/ST/OBCSAP category reservation.
