Dear Sarita,

Greetings.

As the cut off score of some good Institutes such as IIM for ST categories varies between 60 to 70. There is a 50-50 chances for good Institutes like IIM based on cut off score of this year.

With this CAT percentile, you will have the chance to get a call from new IIMs like IIM Sambalpur, IIM Nagpur, IIM Kashipur, IIM Trichy, IIM Rohtak etc.

Unfortunately 38 percentile is very low score. With this percentile, it will be very hard for you to get any good college. There might be some college which might give admission to you but that colleges will not be as good in faculty, infrastructure, placements etc.

Class 10th and 12th standard marks help in calculating the AR score for IIM admission. 

First of all, you need at least 50% in your bachelors to be eligible for applying.

Anyway, candidates must have a minimum of AR score (according to their category, obviously (its India)).
