With 80 Percentile the list goes quite narrow of decent bschools but you can go for the following:

There are clear no chances for IIMs but there are plenty of good colleges you can opt for. Just check if they are still offering the applications.

I got overall percentile 4.27 in cat i dont understand its good or bad

Overall percentage of 4.27 is not a good percentile it means that out of all the students who appeared for the exam only 4.27 percentage students are behind you undressed hour ahead of you and you need to prepare a lot and lot of practice is required to improve your
