The eligibility for CAT  Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA,and 45 Percent (for SC, ST and PWD category) 

so you need to have good percentage in degree too ,to get admission in good IIMS AND B SCHOOL

but some BSCHOOL have there own certeria who dont consider
